Business Continuity Management

During the lunch session, Patrick will be providing a high level overview of Business Continuity Management (BCM) as the development of strategies, plans and actions which provide protection or alternative modes of operation for critical activities or business processes.  During the technical session, we will be discussing the synchronization efforts to assess risk and impacts to the business, resume business operations to a level consistent with the business requirements and recover information technology processes, systems, applications, databases, and network assets used to support critical business processes.
