Denise has a broad experience in IT; with a degree in Computer Science, she started as a programmer with ADP. She then moved into account management and consulting, traveling extensively installing and converting new applications. She then moved into training and consulting. After training for a few years, she went into Operations Management where she was responsible for a staff of 70. Her expertise was with outsourcing and security. She managed a Disaster Recovery facility, and worked extensively with risk and risk mitigation. Her current interest is in security and audit primarily working with services and security. She holds CISSP and ITIL Foundations v3 certifications and has also passed the CISA exam.
