Mr. Remis was elected as President of our Phoenix Chapter in May 2007. He has played an active role in our chapter as the Treasurer form 2004-2007 as well as attending several Regional and International ISACA events. During his tenure as Treasurer, Adam organized several ISACA Phoenix events, hosted several ISACA monthly events, completed the accounting books and completed ISACA International's financial reporting requirements. In 2007, Adam became a Member of the ISACA International Audit Committee where he has participated in the Internal Audit Assurance Needs Assessment as well as other Risk Management activities. Mr. Remis has over 15 years of combined Financial/IT/Compliance Audit and Systems Implementation experience. Adam is a CPA and currently works as Senior Manager at Khalsa McBrearty Accountancy, a local regional CPA Firm. Prior to joining Khlasa McBrearty, he was a Director of Internal Audit for American Express, an Engagement Manager at Jefferson Wells International and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. |
